Suggest Treatment For Spine Fracture

i'm 55year old. medically reported wit spine fracture last 6 week. as i was in complete bed rest for 6 week. recently reported wit severe throat Eching accompanied wit coughing. it go more worse when i take food like apple , dry fruits. i'm over weight 76kg and 5feet 0inch height. reported diabetic for 10 year from now. today when i consulted wit ENT DOC he asked me to take nexpro rd 40mg for the above reason. plz give me better option to get rid of my throat problem. thank u
