Suggest Treatment For Spondylitis In Lower Spine With Extreme Numbness

Hello! I was diagnosed with Spondylitis both in my lower spine and neck three years ago. I have numbness, mainly in my right hand - now starting in my left. I am now finding that when I sit and read, watch TV or use a computer, and then stand up to walk away, I get a pounding in my head, both my hands and legs go numb and my legs start shaking. I feel almost 'other-worldly' as if I'm no longer in the room; almost as if I'm drunk. I know people are talking to me, but it's as if I'm dreaming and I can't respond to them. I've been told when this happens, the colour drains out of my face. I've mentioned this to my doctor, but she doesn't seem to know or care about what is happening. The sensation lasts around 30 seconds. I cannot stand unaided when it happens. Can you help?
