Suggest Treatment For Sporadic Tingling Bumps On Face

Hi, I have this bump that appears on my face at random times. At first it feels tingly and the more I touch it, the more it gets bigger. I do have allergies to grass and a type of tree. Do you know what this happens or why it happens and how to get rid of it? Thanks!
