Hello, i got fordyce spots over testicals and penis. I am 13 years and have had sex before. Do these spread on to other people? And btw i see there are coming more will they spread over the hole cock? If yes, does good hygine make them stop growing? I got pretty good hygine washing the area everyday but still it spreads. Do girls worry? HELP QUICK!!! And i have seen a cream called antisebum does it really make them go away?
Hello Thanks for your query, based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have Fordyce spots over penis and scrotum.
The scrotal skin is rich in sebaceous glands and hence prone to get more sebaceous cyst due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin. Normally they fade away without treatment however they need to be treated if increase in size or get infected. Please consult qualified General Surgeon for clinical evaluation and further treatment. If needed some of them which are bigger may need to get excised in Toto (Completely along with the sac) Dr.Patil.
