Suggest Treatment For Spots On Face

I am 34 and full of spots on my face . The puss smells cheezy and I have tried everything. Please help...if I put athlete s foot cream on my spots the smell goes but I am worried that it will do more harm than good . My diet is healthy and I drink lots of water . Thank you .

Hi,

It may be adult acne with infection. Kindly consult the dermatologist.

You may take oral antibiotic like azithromycine 500 mg thrice a week for for few months with cap isotretinoin 10 mg daily.

Apply anti acne gel like clindamycin daily at night on the lesions.

Cleanse the face with with antiseptic like cetaphil lotion.

Avoid the triggering factors like stress,oily food,sleeplessness,sunexposure, dandruff..etc
