Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your friend has spots on lung, liver and stomach so mostly it looks like multiple metastasis. Treatment depends on primary type of cancer, stage and spread.

But in all type of cancer multiple metastatic lesion becomes stage 4 cancer. And it is almost incurable. Treatment is chemotherapy and radiotherapy. But it will not cure the disease so decision should be taken accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer.
Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
