Suggest Treatment For Spots/papules On Penis
my friend noticed that some papules/spots are present on his glans penis,papules are almost flat(slight eleveted),shiny,slightly reddish, non itching...it also present in corona glandis...however he has no sexual relationship... would you please tell me what is this & its treatment ?

Thanks for query.
based on the facts that you have posted I would state that your friend has infection of the glans penis (Ballanitis) may be due to masturbation .
He needs to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Cefixime along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily.along with topical antibiotic ointment like Neosporin twice daily.
Ensure he cleans up and washes his genitals with warm water twice daily.
Ensure he avoids sexual encounters till it heals up completely.
