Suggest Treatment For Spotting And Abdominal Pain After Missing Cerazette

Hi, been on cerazette for several months now, I missed a pill 2 weeks ago, and on Friday, started having period pain, and spotting. Yesterday, the spotting went from being an old blood colour, to being very red and fresh. Any suggestions as to what may be causing it? Thanks

This could be due to medicine that is being taken which cause the hormone level altered this may be normal or abnormal but this is nothing to worry because this would comes to normal, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
