Suggest Treatment For Spotting And Irregular Menstrual Periods

I m 26yr old un married I hav period problm...1st it use to b regular but from last 2yr it is irregular....1st it use to be heavy but now frm last 3month thr is only spotting for 1week ... Plzz help me I m vry much worried ..i took contraceptive pills to make it irregular thr was improvement for 6month ...thn agin irregularities start n got worst spotting is irritating me vry much
