Suggest Treatment For Spotting With No Regular Menstrual Period

This is the 2nd month that my period is acting up.. last month on the 12 it came. It was only when I wiped... then on the 19 saw actually period stayed on until 21... This month came on the 11 it is the 14 and still no blood just spotting. . Had a pelvis exam and a vaginal ultrasound. In the Er both normal had tubal ligation 5 years ago
