Suggest Treatment For Spotting With No Regular Menstrual Period

Hi. I'm 28 years old. Not taking any pills. Never taken. Never been pregnant. Not sexually active for about an year now. I am healthy. Eat well and exercise a lot regularly. My period has always been very regular but quite heavy. I got my last period on17 th April. On 2nd may I started bleeding. Not enough to call it aperiod but enough to need a pad. For abt 5 days very very light bleeding. Now my regular period is due. Yesterday I had spotting gain and I thought it was my period. But it's stopped. I am very stressed about the situation. Please help.
