Suggest Treatment For Sprain In Feet

Hello, I m Cali ( did I need to tell you that?) I think I sprained the ligaments in my right and left feet I can t run in PE and can t really jump as far as I used to. My feet are often red or very pink this might be because of when I was very young ( 3-5 ) a stove part fell on my right foot thumb toe and I had to go to the hospital for it. I don t know what to do I m young so my parents think im talking nosense ( 10 yrs ) . I have tried putting ice packs on my feet but they don t work very well. What should I do?

Please do consult a doctor (orthopedic). These things can't be diagnosed without any proper examination and an X-ray. Do this as soon as possible.
