Suggest Treatment For Spreading Rashes On The Chest And Neck Area

My 23 year old son has a spreading rash on his chest and neck area. It does not itch and is individual splotches. He believes he has a fever. No new foods or drugs. He did try benedryl - both pills and creme to no effect. Has had a headache. He has been working out at a gym. Fever has been noticable in morning and evening for a day or two.

Hello,

Possibility of sweat rash is more likely but a physical evaluation of rashes is must, so kindly see a physician personally for further treatment. Till you can take tab Allegra 120mg once daily.
