Suggest Treatment For Stage 2 Liver Disease

I had Hep C and have been cured of it several years ago. However, my doctor did a biopsy of my liver too and said I had stage 2 liver disease. After Hep C treatment I had my gallbladder taken out by another doctor and he did liver biopsy. He also said I had stage 2 liver disease. Now my gastroenterologist has had me do two ultrasounds on my liver and said he sees no scaring or any other problems. What should I do an should I get another opinion or another liver biopsy? Can my liver heal from stage 2 liver disease?

It is difficult to say something in terms of healing from stage 2. But you definitely need another biopsy and a second opinion along with some liver fibrosis, and hepatitis blood work. Consult a Gastroentrologist for the same.
