Suggest Treatment For Stage Fright

i m a medical student 22 yrs of age.i am suffering from debilitating stage fright.i hv got a cpc a month later bt already i m so anxious that even i cant concentrate on my studies.i had been taking antidepressants 3 yrs back.does it has anything to do with that?

Current problem has no co-relation with previous one. In that case, you can take antidepressant like paroxetine that would help you to stay calm or relax. You can also take low dose benzodiazepine like clonazepam on sos basis. Better to try relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing to decrease underline anxiety.
