Suggest Treatment For Staph Infection In Groin Area

my dad is 90 years old. He has a mass on his right lung, he suffered pneumonia in June, he had a large thrombosis in his left groin that cut off his circulation to his lower legs and so he had an aortic bypass. He then suffered a staph infection to both his groin incisions and now has wound vac attached to close up his incisions. What can I expect my dad s prognosis to be?
