Hello,

Since you have small pimples on the legs and have been diagnosed with staph infection on the legs, you are suggested to get it treated at the earliest. Do continue to be on antibiotics. You may need antibiotics via intra-muscular or intra-venous route for faster cure. Penicillin, Augmentin and Cephalosporins are effective. Staph infection on leg is treatable so don't worry, be careful for neglect may complicate to cellulitis.

Take nutritious home made food to maintain your immunity, you can take multivitamin tabs or immunity capsules as supplements. Take care of your personal hygiene. Do not let open sores get infected further. Cut on sugar intake. If diabetic maintain your blood glucose level at all cost. Give rest to your legs, take acetaminophen when pain, keep your skin clean, avoid walking barefoot outdoors and wear well fitting shoes or slippers.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
