Suggest Treatment For Staph Infection

My dad is 71 years old and he had a knee operation that ended up with a staph-infection and this has been going on now over 2 months in and out of the hospital my question is how many of these operations can his frail body handle and what can i do to bring him home?

Find out from lab test that staph infection is MRSA or non MRSA. For MRSA, choice of drugs are linezolid, vancomycin etc. For non-MRSA, clindamycin, cifazoline, nefcillin etc are choice of drugs.
