Suggest Treatment For Sternum Pain While Having Scoliosis

hi. my doctor diagnosed me that i have scoliosis. 2 months ago though my sternum is cracking or is having that popping sound. at times, if i would extend my arm, i would feel a sharp pain in my sternum it would then be relieved if the sternum popped. what can i do with it? thank you.
