Suggest Treatment For Sticky Discharge From Breast
Hello
I have been suffering lately with some really weird changes in my body , basically it started 3 weeks ago with excessive sweating which is really unusal for me , thne my breasts have been feeling like they are filling with milk and are sore i have expressed abit and i have a really horrible sticky discharge from them this has been happening for about a week, then about 4 days ago i have had pain under my right armpit and this is worsening as times goes on, the top half of my body feels tender on the right side and slightly swollen i am deff not pregant because i have done 3 pregnancy tests ! also i have lost alot of weight recently for no reason at all could u please give me an idea of what may be going on, i have blood test booked for monday !

Hello.
I have gone through your complaints. Have you done a self breast examination. If not please do ,there are many videos to take assist from.
This should help determine if there's a lump in your breast.
If so then do follow up with a personal consult with a surgeon.
A physical examination is a must for diagnosis rather than investigation.
And a blood investigation might not relay much information required for a clinical diagnosis.

Since you are having discharge from your breast and you are also having pain under right armpit i would advise you to do a bilateral mammography test.
If any lesion is found then biopsy has to be done to rule out breast cancer.
I will also advise you to do culture sensitivity test of the sticky discharge from your breast.
If infection is found then it has to be treated by sensitive antibiotics.
