Suggest Treatment For Stiff And Painful Shoulders And Arms

my shoulder aches almost for1 year now,it gets so stiff around neck and spine,and my upper arms becomes stiff and tight and i cannot move my arms upwards or backward at all,if i raise my arms up or try to rotate i can hear cracking sound, i can not even lie down on bed as my shoulder are so sensitive now it hurts. can you help please.

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having frozen shoulders giving rise this problem.
There might be having changes of osteo-artheritis changes in your shoulder and cervical spines.
Go for x-ray shoulder joints and cervical spines.
Consult orthopedic surgeon and get examined.
Physiotherapy and short-way diathermy will be of much helpful.
