Suggest Treatment For Stiff Knee

Hi, i had acl reconstruction just over 5 months ago. iv started sprinting and doing alot of jogging and i woke up yesterday morning with a very stiff knee and when i walk down the stairs i had slight pain in my knee. could you describe what is wrong and what causes the pain? thanks.
