Suggest Treatment For Stiff Neck With Difficulty To Move

Hi,
I have been suffering from a stiff neck for the last month or so... At first i thought its just a minor stiff neck and will eventually go... After a few days it was much better (without any medication), but it has been recurring eversince. Sometimes it is extremely painful and i cannot move my neck at all... What could be the problem: posture, pillow???
