Suggest Treatment For Stiff Neck

i have had a stiff neck for 2 months it start after i tooks some injections of saline in my medical assistant class and ive been to the dr. the gave me something for inflammation. (didnt work) i went to the ER after having the pain for 4week they gave me muscle relaxers and pain meds (didnt work) need help please?
