Suggest Treatment For Stiffness And Burning Sensation In Neck

i am 39 years old and i have been diagnoised with cervical spinal stenosis. not sure how i developed it but as a baby i was born with a hole in my lower back near my buttocks. the doctors said i may never walk. which i have not had any problem in the past. now i can hardly move some days i have a burning sensation in my neck and it hurts so bad and my shoulders and neck stay so tight.
