Suggest Treatment For Stiffness And Pain In Neck

It's all started during my exams period...I am usually very stressed and got stiffness in neck region. But this time I woke up one morning and i couldnt step on my right foot. I went to emergency and they diagnosed stress fracture from too much walking, even that they did not find her by Xrays. The Xray was repeated 1 month late and was again negative. However pain continued and started to rise affecting muscles in all my leg, first down then even upper part of my leg. Leg was cold, with shivers, ants-feeling. I started to walk with stick! And then it hit my right hip and sciatica. At that moment I went to see chiropratician, whom I visited 2 months twice a week, but it did not improve. All CT and Rx were negative, except reduction in D12-L1 disc space with secondary irritation of 2 adjacent posterior vertebras. Currently, I stopped chiropractical visits, I am doing yoga, but I feel pain and stiffness in my upper back and still some pressure in lower back. The pain and stiffness is still moving and starts to hit my neck, shoulders and middle mart of back. The stiffness is more profound at the morning, where I need 30 min of stretching to move normally. DUring day I have a lot of pain and I do yoga at the evening to relax my muscles. Can it be osteoarthrosis? I was taking only painkillers and anti-inflamatories such as ibuprofenum. Thank you for your advice.
