Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Left Arm And Chest Pain

I am a 19 year old female. I have been diagnosed with heart palpitations and peripheral artery disease. I also have bipolar disorder and anxiety issues. I have had a few occasions, estimated 4 times before, of experiencing odd chest pains out of the normal for me. It feels as if something is stabbing into my heart upward from the bottom. The pain is only on the left side. I also have a dull pain that moves through out my left arm. It happened again today, but unlike the other times, a stiffness stayed in my left arm for about an hour even after the pain stopped. For a short few minutes I even had pain in the joint of my wrist, very distinct from the rest of the stiffness. I was wondering if you could tell me your professional opinion about the matter as to what you think this could mean. I appreciate you taking the time to read this.

Dear I can understand your concern . You already has so many issues such as bipolar disorder and anxiety . Now you have chest pain left sided stabbing in quality with stiffness of left upper limb and chest. .now pain in wrist also.one thing I would like to assure you that this pain and stiffness is not because of any cardiac cause.it is most probably some musculoskeletal cause affecting your chest and arm muscles.so don't get panic about this..discus this your physician about all this.he will take complete history and do examination then it will be easy for us to diagnose your condition correctly . Hope this will help.
