Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Neck And Shoulders After Injury

I was in a car accident five days ago. I was rear ended and my car then hit the car in front of me. My neck is very stiff and my shoulder is very sore. I cannot sleep and as a result I am exhausted. The airbag hit my nose so my nose is very sore. My doctor told me to take the week off. I don t know if I should try going back to work on Monday. I work in an office and spend two hours a day commuting.
