Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Neck And Shoulders

Sir i had severe stiffness below my neck (behind). Now the pain has moved from shoulder to arms side(left side ). And the pain is so severe that i cant sleep whole night. I showed to an orthopaedician but it hasnt improvd. The pain increasing day by day. Its really intolerable.
