Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Neck And Weakness In Neck Muscles

i have right neck stiffness and my neck muscles are really weak.pressure on my right ear like a pop effect. My body feels really fatique at most of the time.No nausea or vomitting.My back is getting weaker.im 21 this year and been experiencing this for ard 2 years already.it started mild but now it seems like getting worse.
