Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Shoulder Joint

Hi I got a shoulder injury last month while exercise. After initial diagnosis doctor identified Actue partial rotator tear and prescribed shoulder immobiliser and pain killers. After two week doctor suggested to go for ultrasonic deep heat theophy,exercise for 10 days and recommend pain killer on sos basis. After completion I recently visited doctor ,he prescribed TENDOCARE tablet and exercises at home. I am religious following exercises and tablet. Currently am feeling stiffness in shoulder and bit of pain in my shoulder blades.Also like to what is the use of tendocare. Currently I am not taking any pain killer. No xray or MRI done by the doctor.
