Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In The Lower Back Area

I have low back stiffness and limited flexibility, sore quads and hams esp after sitting/inactive for even a half hour. When I stand, I have to stretch, stabilize myself before I can take a step. The first few steps are awkward and limpy, then gets better after several steps although frequently my gait is altered somewhat. I had my rt hip scoped for a labral tear 4 yrs ago, had 2 jnt and 2 bursal injctns in the year prior to surgery. It was ok for a while but then I started getting this stiffness. I exercise 2x/wk at the gym (aerobics & weights), do some walking
