Suggest Treatment For Stiffness In Wrist And Fingers

I am 52 yrs male 65 kg and generally keep good health.
I had a wrist fracture in my right hand 12 months ago which healed with radial bone slightly short with a volar translation. i am currently experiencing stiffness in my wrist and fingers mostly in my right hand spreading to my left hand and also dryness and reness in my skin which is very sensitive to cold. My blood reports indicate RF negarive and ESR normal and i am told i may have CRPS.
