Suggest Treatment For Stiffness Of Body After Yellow Fever Vaccination

I got vaccinated for yellow fever and tdap at the same time. Since then, I've been experiencing stiffness in the upper body and tingling in my extremities. I feel like i need a chiropractor and a deep tissue massage now. Was it bad to put those 2 injections at the same time or am I getting side effects from just one? Which one?
