Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache And Irregular Periods

hello, my wife and i got married in feb 2013. from 2nd mnth after our marriage she start complaining abt stomach ache and irregular periods. we went to gynec, she diagnosed pcod. she gave treatment for 3 months, she gave a tablet named tini for her and me to get conceive, that month she started showing symptomps for preganancy, but suddenly one day she agin strted cmplng abt stomach ache, and next day she got period, during 4 days she got more bleeding, rhen we went to another physician, she gave us 4 months cycle for pcod, then 3 mnnths cycle for conceive, bus still not got any result, again we showed to another gynec, now thhis doctr is recommending to go for paroscopy. will my wife will conceive after laproscopy. my seimens report is also normall.
