General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Take some analgesic like Paracetamol 500 mg for fever, throat pain and stomach ache. Take antihistamines like levocetirizine 5 mg at night for soreness in throat. Take light food, drink lukewarm water, avoid heavy, gassy meals, tea, coffee, alcohol, spices and junk. Do hot saline gargles. Consult your clinician if problem persists.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ajeet Singh, General & Family Physician
