Suggest Treatment For Stomach Ache And Vomit With Little Blood

I am throwing up, extremely sour stomach...a little bit of blood in my vomit and I am continuously puking up a milky, cream colored substance. I dont have any solids to throw up in my system but am continuing to throw this up and I feel some lower back pain and a head ache. Should I go to the ER?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the food poisoning, with some out side foods.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have infusion of fluids to recover the dehydration.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cefotaxime, and metachlopramide, injections, omeprazole, domperidone, ofloxacin, paracetamol, and loperamide.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
