Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Diarrhea

I am 63 year old male. Have had stomach cramps, and diarrhea for a month. 2 weeks ago, went to emergency, they said stomach infection. In the meantime I have lost about 10 pounds. Went again today, said I was dehydrated, they put me on an IV, and took a stool sample. Still saying infection. Told me they would give me my results in 24-48 hours. Gave me prescription for MetroNidazole 500 MG.

maintain hydration cantaka norfloxacin two times daily.take bland diet and avoid fast food clean raw vegetable beforecoocking.avoid taking food outside.
