Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Difficulty In Bowel Movement

I have stomach cramps and feel like there s a bowling ball in my stomach...also my middle back is really hurting around the lower ribs...I feel like I need a good bowel movement and the urge to go is constant but there is nothing in the toilet after I go....would dulcolax help?

Yes, ducolax would help with constipation if you are having problems.

It is a stool softener so it would soften the stool so that it can be expelled easier.
You may also need to increase your fluid and fiber intake.

At least 5 servings of fruits or vegetables a day plus whole grain foods are needed.
Avoid caffeine based or alcohol because these have a diuretic effect and would cause you to lose fluids that would help with bowel movements.
