Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Difficulty In Bowel Movement
I have stomach cramps and feel like there s a bowling ball in my stomach...also my middle back is really hurting around the lower ribs...I feel like I need a good bowel movement and the urge to go is constant but there is nothing in the toilet after I go....would dulcolax help?
Yes, ducolax would help with constipation if you are having problems.
It is a stool softener so it would soften the stool so that it can be expelled easier. You may also need to increase your fluid and fiber intake.
At least 5 servings of fruits or vegetables a day plus whole grain foods are needed. Avoid caffeine based or alcohol because these have a diuretic effect and would cause you to lose fluids that would help with bowel movements.
I hope this helps
