Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Inter Menstrual Bleeding

i have bled non stop for 9months since starting the depot contraceptive injection i have terrible stomach cramps most days. Some days it is heavy other it is spotting i have stopped having the injection since march 2010. I also have a rare blood disorder known as Essential Thrombocythemia. Please help. Blood tests taken the other day all came back normal ???
