Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps And Lack Of Energy

I m a 23yr old white female whos overwieght. I have asthma and allergies(asprin, citrus, dust, dander and nature{maybe banannas.}) Since I was 12 I ve had a lack of energy now I m listless and just not interested in much anymore(sometimes my emotions are kinda whacked too.) When I eat or get nervouse I get horrible stomach cramps that make me have to go to the bathroom. I also go more often. This has been happening since I was 14 but is getting worse. I have days where I m so hungry I can t get/stay full and other days when I m not hungry at all. I also get weird numby/tingling feeling in parts of my body(arm, mouth,legs, toes and back/shoulder.) This has also been happening since I was 16. I can t afford healthcare or medicine. Whats wrong with me? Please help!
