Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps During A Menstrual Period

I am a 32 year old female with 2 kids youngest is 6. Had my tubes tied 5 weeks after my last child and I am currently on my period and it literally feels like I am in labor. I had both of my children natural and therefore my pain tolerance is high but my cramps are so bad I can barely walk. What should I do?
