Suggest Treatment For Stomach Cramps During Periods

I am 20 years old. I am getting lower abdomen cramps like i get when i have my period after
masturbation(I'm not in any sexual relationship). sometimes bleeding like period(not normal blood, dark brown in color). though very little. My periods are regular. I don't have any other problem except those cramps during period. Please help...
