Hi,

Stomach cramps can be caused by many factors, including indigestion, gas, bloating, constipation, infections, inflammation, and more. Here are some suggestions to help relieve stomach cramps:
* Drink plenty of water to help flush out toxins and stay hydrated.
* Eat a balanced diet with fiber-rich foods, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, to help regulate bowel movements and prevent constipation.
* Avoid foods that can cause gas and bloating, such as beans, broccoli, cabbage, and carbonated drinks.
* Apply heat to the affected area using a hot water bottle, heating pad, or warm towel.
* Take over-the-counter pain relief medications, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, to help relieve cramps.

If your symptoms persist or worsen, it's best to see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. Your doctor may recommend further tests or treatments, such as antibiotics for an infection or anti-inflammatory medication for inflammation. It's also important to note that stopping birth control can sometimes cause irregular menstrual cycles and changes in hormones, which could contribute to stomach cramps and other symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
