General & Family Physician, Dr. Vasudha's Response
Hi,
It seems the bacteria giving you loose bowels are not been controlled by the medicines taken. It's natural to be weak with long running loose motions causing you malnutrition along with the risk of dehydration. Now as you feel dizzy, you must go to a gastroenterologist, get examined & investigated to find exact cause of your trouble followed by a cause specific treatment.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale, General & Family Physician
