Suggest Treatment For Stomach Flu And Swollen Ankles

I am 57 years old, excellent health, normal weight, but recently had a 10 day stomach flu which ended about a week ago. Both my ankles/ feet are now swollen. I may have plantar fasciitus in my right heel but that couldn t explain the swelling which I have never experienced before. My diet really hasn t changed much so I don t know where this swelling is coming from. ANy ideas?
