Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Bloating Post Cyclopam Intake

Hello , my name is Kismat 24 yrs old and recently i had an argument with my partner and out of anger and frustration i took an overdose of 8 cyclopam tablets and although i vomitted a little bit but now my stomach is always in pain and full of gas could it be the effect of the overdose?

yes it could be cyclopam contains paracetamol which leads to liver damage if taken on excess amount...u have taken 8tabs ...u must get liver function test done...if liver function test is ok then u can take
tab pantocid 40mg half an hr before meal twice daily
syp digene 2tsf trice daily
till the time...increase intake of water...
