Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And Gastritis
I have been having stomach gas pain due to taking zyrtec. I have stopped taking it as of yesterday. Of course now my hives are coming back. My question is how to relief the stomach pain. I have tried gas x with no relief. Will it just go away after the zyrtec is out of my system?

All medications have potential side effects that may or may not occur.
Zyrtec is not known to cause abdominal pain as a side effect but everyone can react differently to medication.
If the pain is due to bloating the you may want to consider the use a ppi such as nexium, prevacid, prilosec. One of these may help to relieve your bloating. They can be used along with the gas x.
Adding ginger tea, which is known to relieve indigestion, may also help as well.
You should consider using another antihistamine to help with the hives.
