Suggest Treatment For Stomach Pain And In Lower Part Of Chest
I have had a pain ranging from my stomach upto the lower part of my chest, the past few days it s only been in my ribs and back, when laying on my back I get a feeling like something is pressing down in between both sides of my ribs, looking for possible diagnosis and remedies.
Noted your history of feeling pain in abdomen going to ribs and back, feeling of something pressing down in between ribs and back on laying down, wants to know possible diagnosis and management. As per the history you have provided the following are the possibilities: Hiatus hernia Colitis. Gastritis. Any organ enlargement and thus causing symptoms. I would advise you the following in such a situation: Consult a General Surgeon asap for clinical evaluation and further evaluation based on clinical findings. CT scan of abdomen and chest should be most informative. Upper GI endoscopy. Once a proper diagnosis is done the treatment can be specific and effective.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT and General Surgeon
