I have alot of stomach pain and nausea related to anxiety disorder. I use exercise, breathing, prescribed medication and natural herbal supplements. I am at my wits end, it occurs again and again. Is there anything out there that might help me. This has been going on five years. Thank you.

Hello,
If your discomfort is related to anxiety then it is not supposed to get better until you cope with anxiety. You've got to exclude some common causes of upper gastrointestinal discomfort like peptic ulcer and gallbladder problems. The first can be investigated with endoscopy and the latter with an ultrasound scan of the liver and gallbladder.

Until you do the tests, taking a proton pump inhibitor may help with the symptoms if the stomach or the esophagus is the cause, unless contraindicated.

Unfortunately you haven't provided many details to allow for a more complete answer. You can contact me again if you'd like more information.

Kind regards!
